YOGA & SOCIAL: CACAO & CONNECTION 🤎

A little more warmth. A little more connection.

As the seasons shift and the colder months begin to roll in, join Soul Seekers for an evening of movement, cacao and genuine human connection.

We’ll begin by slowing down with a somatic yoga practice, using movement and breath to reconnect with your body, quieten the noise and arrive fully in the room.

Then we’ll gather together for a small cacao ceremony, creating a moment to pause, warm up and set an intention for the season ahead.

From there, we’ll move into our Wellbeing Mixer - a playful, intentional way to meet the people around you and have the kinds of conversations that go a little deeper than “so, what do you do?”

Come on your own. Come with a friend. Come not knowing anyone.

There’ll be movement, cacao, connection activities, good conversations and plenty of opportunities to meet new people in a way that feels natural.

Reconnect with yourself. Warm up. Open up. Connect with others. 🤎

No yoga or cacao experience needed - just come as you are.

Join Soul Seekers for a morning of movement, heat, cold and connection at Wellnest, London Bridge.

We'll start with an hour of somatic yoga & breathwork — a chance to move, breathe and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the sauna and ice bath together.

From there, we'll spend an hour moving between heat and cold, resetting the nervous system and embracing a little discomfort, together.

But this isn't just about the sauna.

It's about meeting people in real life. Creating space to step away from the noise, connect with yourself and have genuine conversations with others in the Soul Seekers community.

Come solo or bring a friend. No need to know anyone beforehand - just come as you are.

Expect movement, heat, cold, connection, good conversations and a community that makes it easy to feel at home.

No previous yoga, sauna or ice bath experience needed. 🤍
